JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Handle operational and administrative tasks, including clearing and settlement for local and international remittance transactions such as RENTAS and SWIFT.
Perform multi-tasking duties and provide support to other teams within the business unit, coordinating with various departments to resolve local investigations.
Assist with ad hoc and administrative assignments as required.
Ensure adherence to remittance policies, manuals, guidelines, and service level agreements.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree with experience in the banking industry.
Experienced in banking operations, foreign currency remittance, foreign exchange policy notice, BNM and Paynet guideline are preferred
Proficient in MS Office applications (e.g., Outlook, Excel, Word).
Proactive team player with strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues and counterparties.
