A leading European global pharmaceutical company is seeking a Marketing Manager to support the growth of its Cardiovascular, Renal, and Metabolism (CRM) portfolio in Japan. In this strategic role, you will drive asset value through impactful marketing execution, scientific storytelling, and collaboration with key medical experts. You will work cross-functionally to shape product positioning, create compelling promotional materials, and guide internal and external teams to overcome complex market challenges. • 社内外のステークホルダーと連携できるコミュニケーション能力

• 日本語：ネイティブレベル
• 英語：ビジネスレベル（読み書き・会話）

• 肥満症・肝疾患など代謝/肝臓領域でのマーケティング経験があれば尚可
• 医療従事者向けイベントの企画・運営経験
• 教育資材・プロモーション資材の開発経験

• Pharmaceutical industry marketing experience, including engagement with key medical experts.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver successful project outcomes.
• Understanding of promotional strategy, brand planning, and healthcare communication.

• Positive, proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to collaborate across diverse teams.
• Strong curiosity and willingness to understand therapeutic areas and customer needs.

• Japanese: Native
• English: Intermediate to Business level

• Marketing experience in obesity, metabolic conditions, or liver-related diseases.
• Experience planning events for healthcare professionals.
• Experience developing educational or promotional materials for the pharmaceutical sector.
