- ECサイトの事業計画、商品計画、運営を統括
- EC指標の分析と改善提案
- Salesforce Commerce Cloudを用いた商品管理・ビジュアルマーチャンダイジング
- CRO戦略の開発・実施
- デジタルプロジェクトやマーケティングキャンペーンの推進
- コンテンツ戦略、SEO、シーズンキャンペーンの管理
- カスタマーサービス対応のデジタル窓口
