・リージョナルおよびグローバルのガイドラインに基づき、各国の要件 を考慮しながら、人事・組織（P&O）プロセスの整合性を図り、当該 国全体における企業文化の醸成を推進する。
・人事・組織（P&O）戦略ならびに関連するプロセス、プログラム、ツ ール、システムの当該国レベルでの導入および運用を支援し、確実に実行する。
・日本向けの人事・組織（P&O）戦略を具体化・展開し、日常業務に おいてその実行を主体的に推進・管理する。
・組織および企業文化の前向きな発展を実現するため、カントリー組織 に貢献する。
・マネージャー層の支援および育成を行う。
