• アジャイル／スクラムチームにおけるQA体制の構築・推進
• PDCAサイクルに基づく品質保証活動のリード
• QAプロセスの継続的改善および最適化

• テスト観点の整理およびテストケースの設計・作成

Join a globally established Insurance & Healthcare company as a QA Lead Engineer, driving digital transformation through high-quality software development. In this role, you will lead QA initiatives within an agile environment, shaping new products and services powered by digital technology and ICT. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to elevate customer experience, strengthen quality processes, and support innovation in a fast-evolving industry.

• Build and manage a QA structure within an agile development team

• Improve QA processes through PDCA-based development cycles

• Work closely with designers and engineers in a Scrum team to deliver high-quality in-house development and maximize user experience

• Execute full testing processes including test planning, test case creation, perspective design, and execution

• Formulate and implement comprehensive test plans

• Coordinate with project stakeholders to analyze and recommend optimal test strategies

• ソフトウェアテストまたはシステム開発の実務経験
• テスト自動化ツールの使用経験

• ソフトウェア開発の実務経験

• スピード感を持って業務を推進できる方（完璧でなくても、まずアウトプットを出せる方）

• Team management experience

• Test design experience across multiple areas

• Hands-on testing experience or system development background

• Experience with test automation tools

• Software development experience (nice to have)

• Strong communication skills

• Proactive approach with a strong sense of ownership

• Japanese: Fluent

• English: Intermediate to Business level

• Ability to develop features from the user's perspective
