POSITION SUMMARY
The Outside Sales Associate will be responsible for driving business growth by managing client relationships and promoting products within the assigned territory. This role requires strong communication skills, bilingual proficiency, and the ability to work independently while delivering exceptional customer service.

RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Responsible for meeting sales targets and contributing to overall revenue growth.

• Expected to build and maintain strong client relationships while identifying new business opportunities.

• Required to conduct market research and implement strategies to expand product reach.

• Tasked with managing the sales process, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring timely delivery.

• Accountable for resolving customer issues promptly and maintaining high satisfaction levels.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must have business-level proficiency in English and Mandarin; Cantonese is a plus.

• Required to hold a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and be comfortable with frequent travel.

• Should demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and collaboratively.

• Previous experience in the food industry or familiarity with Japanese cuisine is preferred.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ERP system knowledge is advantageous

SALARY 　USD 50,000-55,000 (DOE) + Commission
