ポジション概要
北ロンドンに拠点を置く日系不動産会社にて、駐在員や日本人顧客の生活立ち上げをサポートするカスタマーサポートマネージャーを募集します。
サービスアパートメントの予約、不動産仲介業者との調整、銀行口座開設のサポートなど、顧客の安心・快適な生活を支える重要な役割です。
英語・日本語の両方を駆使し、顧客との信頼関係を築きながら、問題解決力とコミュニケーション力を発揮できるポジションです。
