A company in the global IT solutions industry is hiring for an ERP Consultant position. The organization supports the international expansion of primarily Japanese companies by delivering end-to-end IT solutions, from system planning and implementation to ongoing support. With a strong global footprint and a multicultural working environment, the company is expanding its presence in Southeast Asia and is selectively building a high-quality consulting team in Vietnam.

Job Description
 

• Participate in ERP implementation projects using Microsoft Dynamics, supporting both system roll-in and roll-out activities.

• Work closely with global project teams to deliver ERP solutions aligned with client business processes. Engage in requirements understanding, system configuration, testing, and user support during ERP deployments.

• Communicate with stakeholders in Japanese or English as part of global and regional projects.

• Support ongoing ERP-related initiatives as part of long-term global system expansion projects.

Job requirements
 

• Experience as an ERP consultant with hands-on involvement in implementation projects.

• Practical experience with Microsoft Dynamics is required.

• Strong understanding of ERP business processes and system implementation workflows.

• Ability to work independently in a contractor-based role and manage responsibilities proactively.

• Vietnamese nationality preferred.

• Business-level Japanese or English proficiency is required.

• Comfortable working in an environment where Japanese is the primary internal communication language.
