Job type:              Monday-Friday, Alternative Saturdays, 08:00-17:00 hrs. (+2 hrs. OT everyday)

Responsibilities:

• Lead cycle counting and physical counts to ensure 100% inventory accuracy. Manage all transactions within the Warehouse System (WMS/ERP).

• Optimize warehouse flow and layout. Oversee material receiving, kitting, and staging to support SMT/Assembly production. Ensure timely dispatch of finished goods.

• Develop and manage the budget. Implement cost-control measures. Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) like accuracy and efficiency.

• Enforce company safety and security standards, specifically regarding ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) and MSD (Moisture Sensitive Devices) handling protocols required for electronics.

• Manage, train, and motivate the warehouse team.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years in Warehouse/Finished Goods operations.

• Minimum 3 years in a supervisory/management role within a manufacturing setting (electronics/PCBA preferred).

• Proficient in using a Warehouse Management System (WMS) or ERP (e.g., SAP, Oracle).

• Demonstrated knowledge and practice of cost control and budget management.

• Strong understanding of ESD/MSD handling protocols common in PCBA/electronics manufacturing.

• Ability to communicate fluently in English (written and verbal).

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
