会社情報：
1992年に東京にて創業されたラーメン店から事業をスタートさせており、2025年現在では日本国内外に20ブランドを有するグループ会社となり、店舗としては183店舗まで拡大しております。
米国、メキシコなどにグループ会社を有し、東南アジアはFC拠点としてタイに4店舗有しております。今後ASEANで事業拡大していくにあたり、ASEAN地域の管掌してくださる方を募集しております。
仕事内容：
１，店舗管理
現在ASEANにはタイに4店舗あります。
店舗の運営に関してオーナーと協議、また提供するサービスの品質などの管理をしていただきます。
日本から支援部隊が来るので一緒に店舗に入っていただくこともあります。
２，事業開発
フィリピン、シンガポール、マレーシア、インドネシアなどまだFC展開していない国に関して、マーケットの調査並びに実地での視察をし、日本本社に報告。
新しいオーナーの開拓やFC契約に関して協議をしていただきます。
３，店舗開発
新しく出店する際は、日本と協議して店舗のデザインなどの提案。
入居するテナントについての契約条項などの確認。
新しいスタッフの教育なども実施する予定。
