採・計画をもとに、適切な・財をタイムリーに獲得するための具体的な採・活動を・う。
・新卒採・の推進
新卒採・の実務を・うとともに、関連部署との調整や会議室の・配等の事務作業も・う。
・中途採・
中途採・の実務を関連部署と連携しながら・うとともに、エージェントとの調整や各採・の進捗状況の確認を・うことで採・活動を円滑化させる。
・障がい者採・
障がい者採・の実務を・うとともに、採・部・とともに受け・れに向けた準備を・う。
・採・プロセスにおける採・ガバナンスの徹底
各採・プロセスをモニタリングすることで、採・ガバナンスを・う。
