Demand Planner

■自動車システム部門の予測および需要計画機能を管理・主導、需要計画、及びフォーキャスティング、需要予測の精度向上、在庫レベルの最適化、そして販売・運用計画（S OP）プロセスのサポートにおいて重要な役割を担っていただきます。

【Key Responsibilities】
■Demand Forecasting Planning:
　・Develop and manage demand forecasts based on sales trends historical data market insights and OEM demand signals.
　・Collaborate closely with sales engineering and product teams to gather input on sales trends new product launches and customer specific requirements.
・Lead monthly demand review meetings at the OEM level and adjust forecasts based on changes in the business environment.

■Sales Operations Planning （S OP）:
　・Play a key role in the S OP process working cross functionally to balance
demand and supply minimize demand variability and optimize inventory levels.
　・Communicate forecast adjustments risks and opportunities to the supply
chain operations and finance teams to support effective decision making.
　・Analyze historic forecast accuracy pacing and demand variability to identify trends and provide root cause analysis

■Long Range Sales Planning:
　・Support the Sales teams to maintain long range sales plan track target business opportunities and run new business return maps （business cases）

■Process Improvement:
　・Establish new and refine existing forecasting processes methodologies and tools to improve accuracy and efficiency.
　・Drive continuous improvement initiatives in demand planning and S OP processes to streamline workflows and enhance data integrity.

【必須】
・製造業でのデマンドプランニング・フォーキャスティング又はサプライチェーンのご経験5年以上
・ERPのご経験（SAP Kinaxis Saphranなどの営業統計システムの利用経験尚可）
・自動車業界でのご経験尚可
・英語ビジネスレベル
