グローバル人事部内で制度企画および運用業務に従事いただきます。
具体的には、ご経験・ご志向に応じて以下を中心に幅広く業務を担っていただきます。
【業務内容】
・グローバル人事方針に基づいたグローバル人事ポリシーの作成・具体化
・グローバルでのキーポストのタレントマネジメントの仕組みの構築（海外幹部報酬管理も含む）
・日本本社のグローバル化施策の立案、運用
・グローバル人材プールの拡充施策の立案、運用
・グループ共通理念（Mission Vision Value等）のグループ全体への浸透施策の立案、運用
・海外グループ会社の人事部門との連携強化とそれによる人事面での支援
・海外での会社立上げ時の人事面での支援
