・FEP計算の設計・実行
大規模FEP計算プロジェクトの計画・推進
創薬各ステージ（Target ID/Validation、Hit ID、Hit to Lead、Lead Optimization）におけるFEP活用戦略の立案
バーチャルスクリーニングの精密化、アロステリック部位探索、選択性予測の実装
MDシミュレーションおよびFEP計算に関する技術的指導
・データ品質管理・バリデーション
SPR、ITC等バイオフィジカルデータとの比較によるFEP計算精度の検証
結合親和性データの標準化プロトコル策定
統計解析による計算結果の信頼性評価
データ品質管理・バリデーション体制の構築
・AIモデル開発支援
従来FEP計算を大幅に高速化するAI予測モデルの開発サポート
機械学習用データセットの設計・前処理
計算化学的観点からのAIモデル妥当性検証
・実用化・事業化支援
外部学会・技術検討会への参画
製薬・農薬・化粧品企業との共同研究における技術的リード

MDシミュレーション、FEP計算の理論的理解
Python等によるデータ解析・統計処理スキル
SPR、ITC等バイオフィジカルアッセイとの連携経験
《歓迎要件》
・大手製薬会社での創薬研究 7年以上
・国際誌での査読論文発表実績
・AlphaFold / Boltz 2等の構造予測技術と計算化学の組み合わせ経験
