- 既存顧客との関係維持およびモデルチェンジに伴う見積・受注対応
- 受注後の長期取引（4～6年）に向けたフォローアップと品質確保
- ローカルスタッフへの業務指示・マネジメント
- 日本人顧客およびローカル顧客への対応、要望の調整
- 自動車部品分野での新規顧客開拓による事業拡大
- 営業戦略の立案とマーケティング活動の推進
- 自動車部品業界での営業または関連業務経験
- ローカルスタッフのマネジメント経験
- 英語でのコミュニケーション能力（社内外対応）
- インドネシア語スキルがあれば尚可（通訳サポートあり）
- 顧客折衝力と課題解決力を備え、柔軟に対応できる方
- 月額給与：IDR 35,000,000~ 45,000,000
