- 電話・メール・オンラインでのテクニカルサポート対応
- 基本的なトラブルシューティングの実施
- 顧客課題の特定、文書化、解決策の提示
- 重大な問題のエスカレーション対応
- ナレッジベースの改善プロジェクトへの参加
