A Global IT Service is looking for a Bilingual M365 Consultant.
Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and manage M365 solutions (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Intune, Power Platform, etc.)
- Lead migration projects from on-premises or other cloud platforms to M365
- Configure and optimize M365 security, compliance, and governance features
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex M365 issues, providing Tier 2/3 support
- Develop and maintain documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles
- Conduct user training and adoption workshops
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions
- Stay updated on M365 roadmap, new features, and best practices

Required Skills:
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft 365 administration, design, and implementation (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS)
- Deep expertise in Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and Intune
- Experience with Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI) is a plus
- Strong understanding of M365 security, compliance, and identity management
- Proven track record in M365 migration projects
- Scripting skills (PowerShell) for automation and management
- Microsoft certifications such as MS-100, MS-101, or Microsoft Solution Architect (Professional level) are highly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills (written and verbal)
