• 日本の金融規制に基づき、クライアント資金の照合および資本要件の計算を実施
• 月次の規制報告書を作成・提出し、当局の要件に従って正確な記録を維持
• 財務監査、コンプライアンスレビュー、当局検査対応をサポート
• 新規事業やサービスに対する規制影響の分析を行い、コンプライアンス維持のための改善策を提案
• 規制関連のコントロール手順を策定・文書化し、プロセスの信頼性を強化
• レポーティング業務の効率化と正確性向上を目的に、システムおよび自動化要件を定義

As a Financial Regulatory Reporting Analyst, you'll support the regional finance team to ensure regulatory compliance, client asset protection, and accurate financial reporting. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in capital management, financial controls, and global regulatory frameworks while working in a collaborative, technology-driven environment.

• Prepare client money reconciliations and calculate regulatory capital requirements in line with local financial regulations.
• Produce monthly regulatory returns and maintain accurate records for submission to local authorities.
• Support financial audits, compliance reviews, and regulatory examinations across business operations.
• Analyze the regulatory impact of new business initiatives and recommend operational adjustments to maintain compliance.
• Develop and document regulatory control procedures to enhance process integrity and accuracy.
• Define system and automation requirements to improve efficiency and accuracy in regulatory reporting.

必須条件 経験・資格：

• レギュラトリーレポーティング（規制報告業務）の経験
• または、金融業界の経理財務、会計などの関連実務経験
• 規制や会計に関する基礎知識

• 自主性と責任感を持って業務を遂行できる方
• 正確性とスピードを意識して業務を進められる方
• 向上心を持ち、継続的に学ぶ姿勢のある方

• 日本語：ネイティブレベル
• 英語：ビジネスレベル以上

• 自動化ツールやデジタルレポーティングなど、ITに強い方歓迎
• 資本管理、顧客資産保護、規制当局対応の経験

• Minimum 6 years of experience in finance, accounting, or regulatory reporting within financial services.

• Strong understanding of financial control processes and reporting systems.
• Comfortable with automation tools, digital reporting, and process improvement.

• Self-motivated, analytical, and able to work independently.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Language Requirements:

• Japanese: Native level (required for local financial reporting).
• English: Intermediate to Business level (for global coordination and communication).

• Prior experience in capital management, client asset protection, or working with regulatory authorities.
• Familiarity with international financial reporting standards and compliance frameworks.
