【Fund Manager/ Analyst】- English Speaking Opportunity

Investment Research & Strategy

• Conduct in-depth research and analysis of the India market to identify investment opportunities and investigate trends.
• Formulate and verify investment hypotheses.
• Perform financial analysis and evaluate management strategies/business models of individual companies, enhancing insights through stakeholder engagement.
• Develop and propose investment strategies for Asia stock markets.

Portfolio Management & Market Analysis

• Provide analysis and recommendations for building and managing investment portfolios.
• Research and integrate macroeconomic and industry trends into investment strategies.

Reporting & Client Relations

• Prepare comprehensive reports and investor materials (proposals, management reports, market reports) for Japanese and international clients.
• Analyze investment results and support client meetings and presentations.
• Perform essential general asset management research.

• Experience as a Fund Manager or Analyst targeting the India listed stock market (preferably 5+ years of experience; familiarity with the India small and mid-cap stock market is preferred).
• Experience analyzing and investing in small companies in venture capital, etc.
• Language:Fluent in English. Japanese language ability is preferred (Business level is a welcome requirement).
• Location & Travel: Able to work in Japan (at SPARX headquarters) and able to travel to India.
