Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and support automation and digitalization initiatives in the product supply chain.
- Communicate project progress and updates to key stakeholders, including directors and senior managers.
- Collaborate with Data and Development Teams on ongoing projects.
- Facilitate communication between engineers, management, shop floor teams, and technical suppliers in both English and Japanese.
- Support cross-project coordination across Japan, Germany, and India.
- Track timelines, milestones, budgets, and project activities.
- Prepare reports and manage communications for internal teams and external stakeholders.

Working Hours: 9:00 - 18:00 (Mon-Fri)
Working Style: Hybrid

Required Skills:
- 2 ~ 3 years of experience in system development or business system analyst role
- 2 ~ 3 years of experience in Project management Support activities, preferable in large-scale IT Projects
- Good data/system analytics skills using various (any) coding language
- Understanding of Databases 
- Knowledge of project management tools and techniques.
- Excellent computer skills: Windows 10, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Project
- Good prioritization skills, to balance key priorities.
- Experience in managing and implementing successful projects
- Strong analysis and critical thinking skills.
- Experience with program co-ordination/administration.
