A Global Insurance is seeking a Scrum Master for its Digital Transformation Division.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a servant leader for Scrum teams, promoting continuous improvement and team empowerment
- Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure effective collaboration
- Remove impediments and proactively address risks to maintain delivery momentum
- Partner with Product Owners to refine backlogs and prioritize work aligned with business objectives
- Foster transparency and alignment through effective communication with IT and business stakeholders
- Contribute to enhancing Agile maturity across the organization and improving service levels within the Portfolio & Project Office (PPO)
