・食品、飲料、サプリメント又は化粧品分野における知財業務全般。
特に、特許出願・権利化・調査、共同研究契約、特許調査等による研究開発の支援、製品導入・M Aの知財デューデリジェンス、など。
・既存製品の知財保護に加えて、新規製品開発にともなう知財業務全般を担当して頂きます。

Required Skills
＜必須条件＞
・食品、飲料、サプリメント又は化粧品分野の企業の知的財産部又は特許・法律事務所でのこれらの分野の特許出願等の業務経験（3年以上）。
・理系大学卒以上
・海外子会社や外部代理人等と文書（E mail等）でコミュニケーションを取るのに十分な英語力。
＜歓迎要件＞
・オンライン会議など口頭でコミュニケーションをとるのに十分な英語力
・食品分野の国内外の特許係争業務の経験
・弁理士資格
