- 社内システムを含む業務アプリケーションの一次サポート
- ビジネス要件の分析と改善提案、業務効率化の推進
- 要件定義から機能仕様書作成、開発チームとの連携
- トレーニング資料作成およびユーザー研修の実施
- プロジェクト全工程（テスト、セットアップ、アップグレード、展開、サポート）への参画
- グローバルプロジェクトの推進またはリード
