会社概要 :
ゴミ袋やレジ袋、キッチンパックなどのポリエチレン製品を製造し、日本品質の管理体制で輸出を中心に事業を展開。ドラッグストアや100円ショップ、スーパー向け製品を日本へ供給しています。
職務内容 :
当社では、工場内業務を中心に幅広い役割を担っていただきます。
■初期業務
・工場内の作業手順が正しく守られているかの巡回・指導
・第一工程（インフレーション工程）の品質管理
・機械操作の習得（立ち上げから製品製造まで対応できるスキルを習得）
■ステップアップ後の業務
・製造スケジュールに沿った生産状況の確認
・QC部門と連携した品質管理
・工場長・生産課との協力による生産効率向上
・技術継承のための資料作成
・工場マネージャーやリーダーのフォロー
必須条件 :
■工場現場経験がある方（工場内でローカルスタッフと協力して作業していただく必要があるため）
■ワード、エクセルによる簡単な文書作成
歓迎条件 :
■電気や機械の知識・経験
■工場勤務経験（ラインを含む）
■QC経験
