Job Description
COMPANY OVERVIEW
Fast-growing electronic manufacturing company focused on sustainable, niche-energy solutions, and they are ramping up R&D and production in response to regional infrastructure demands.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and improve product designs and related processes to meet quality and efficiency standards.
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to support new product introductions and design changes.
Oversee sample preparation and documentation for customer approvals.
Implement process control measures and drive continuous improvement initiatives in production.
Provide guidance and training to relevant teams on updated processes and standards.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Possesses Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Engineering, Manufacturing Technology or equivalent.
Have at least 3 years of experience working in manufacturing industry as new product development / product design roles.
Strong problem solving and technical skills, knowledge in Solidworks design would be added advantage.
