JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and improve product designs and related processes to meet quality and efficiency standards.

• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to support new product introductions and design changes.

• Oversee sample preparation and documentation for customer approvals.

• Implement process control measures and drive continuous improvement initiatives in production.

• Provide guidance and training to relevant teams on updated processes and standards.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Possesses Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Engineering, Manufacturing Technology or equivalent.

• Have at least 3 years of experience working in manufacturing industry as new product development / product design roles.

• Strong problem solving and technical skills, knowledge in Solidworks design would be added advantage.
