JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented individuals to support export operations at a leading international trading company based in Changi, Singapore. The company specializes in distributing steel, non-ferrous metals, chemicals, energy resources, and seafood across Southeast Asia.

• Manage daily export operations to fulfill customer requirements.

• Coordinate with Customer Service and external vendors for specialized import/export handling.

• Conduct daily toolbox meetings and maintain warehouse cleanliness.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives aligned with quality management standards.

• Collaborate with internal teams and customers to ensure timely task execution.

• Uphold safety, security, and quality compliance across warehouse activities.

• Liaise with internal departments and service providers to ensure smooth logistics operations.

• Oversee third-party traffic service providers to ensure efficient delivery and collection processes.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 2 years of experience in supply chain or logistics.

• Ability to perform under tight deadlines.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

• Strong communication and coordination skills.

• Detail-oriented and a team player.
