本ポジションは、同社製品（機械類）を購入またはリース契約している法人顧客（B2B）とのコミュニケーションを担当します。主な業務は、契約・リース更新手続きのご案内、契約更新の可否判断に必要な支払い状況の確認、各種契約手続きのサポートです。

職務内容
本ポジションでは、同社製品を利用する法人顧客に対し、以下の業務をご担当いただきます。
- 契約・リース更新に関するご案内および手続き対応
- 契約更新に必要な条件確認、支払履歴・信用状況のチェック
- 事故発生時の保険関連手続き対応（保険窓口としての役割）
- 事故発生時における保険代理店との連絡・調整業務
- 早期解約時の残存契約内容の確認、売却対象資産の査定・算出、および解約に伴う一連の手続き
- 顧客との長期的な関係構築と、適切かつ丁寧なコミュニケーション対応
