職務内容
- 日本人セラーからの問い合わせ対応（メール中心）、販売から取引までのサポート
- チームリーダーやマネージャーと連携し、チームで業務を遂行
- 社内英語を使用した研修・コミュニケーション業務
- 顧客サポートの改善や業務効率化への貢献
- 成長中のECプラットフォームで顧客体験向上に貢献

- 勤務時間：月〜金 9:00-18:00
- 在宅勤務：週4回 在宅可
