ハードウェア中心のトラブルシューティングや、海外チームとの英語での連携を行います。

- 社内ユーザーからの技術的問い合わせ対応・問題解決
- ハードウェアトラブルの診断・修復・エスカレーション対応
- 海外サポートチームとの英語での連携
- IT資産管理・機器セットアップ
- 技術サポート関連ドキュメントの作成・更新
- 新技術導入や改善活動へのサポート
Job Offer
- 勤務地：文京区
- 勤務時間：9:00〜17:30（実働7.5時間）
- 休日：土日祝休み
- 外資系企業での英語使用機会あり
