職務内容
日本国内の人事戦略の立案・実行
組織開発、タレントマネジメント、リーダーシップ育成の推進
APAC本社（シンガポール）との連携によるグローバルHRプロジェクトへの参画
従業員エンゲージメント向上施策の企画・実施
複数拠点における人事課題の解決と最適化
条件・待遇
最大1,600万円（基本給80%、変動給20%）
ハイブリッド勤務（週4日出社、勤務地：新横浜）
