IT製品の調達に関する事前相談
エンドユーザーの問題解決支援
トラブルシューティングスクリプトの作成
ハードウェア・ソフトウェアのセットアップ・構成支援
アプリケーションの互換性テスト
クライアント構成の設計・展開
トレーニング資料の作成とユーザー教育
応募要件
日本語・英語のバイリンガル（日本語は読み書き含めてビジネスレベル必須）
Microsoft OSおよびOffice製品に関する高いスキル
PC、ネットワーク、クラウドの基本知識
優れたコミュニケーション能力とカスタマーサービススキル
チーム志向と報告能力
セキュリティ意識
米国での就労許可証保持者
MISまたはCISの学士号
ITヘルプデスク関連職での1～2年の経験
勤務地 ニューヨーク州ニューヨーク市（ハイブリッド勤務）
週3日以上の出社が必要です。研修期間や業務上の必要に応じて、出社頻度が増える可能性があります。
勤務時間 月～金 午前9時～午後5時
