JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and maintain new and existing business opportunities.
- Drive sales and marketing initiatives to meet performance targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support overall business activities.
- Liaise with developers, architects, consultants, and contractors for product specifications.
- Coordinate with building and management offices, as well as applicators, to ensure proper product application.
- Conduct customer visits, perform site surveys, and prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts.
Consistently achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Possesses Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Business Management, Sales & Marketing or equivalent.
- Proven sales experience in building materials / hardware / industrial chemicals or similar industries.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, results-driven attitude.
