Job Description
Position: Production Manager
Salary: 60,000 – 75,000 THB/Month
Location: Wellgrow Industrial Estate, Chachoengsao
Responsibilities:
Management & Planning: Plan and control the entire production process to hit quality, cost, and time targets.
Team & Standards: Supervise the team, ensure safety/quality compliance, and lead continuous skill development.
Efficiency & Problem Solving: Analyze issues, implement improvements, and optimize resource utilization (materials, machines).
Reporting & Collaboration: Coordinate with internal departments and provide clear performance reports to management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Chemical and Industrial Engineering, or other related fields.
Strong knowledge in Polymerization.
Strong knowledge and skills in production management.
Good understanding of ISO 9001, GMP or others
Proficient in using ERP/MRP systems for production management.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage and develop teams effectively.
Good command of English will be an advantage.
