Position:   Production Manager

Salary:       60,000 – 75,000 THB/Month

Location:  Wellgrow Industrial Estate, Chachoengsao

Responsibilities:

• Management & Planning: Plan and control the entire production process to hit quality, cost, and time targets.

• Team & Standards: Supervise the team, ensure safety/quality compliance, and lead continuous skill development.

• Efficiency & Problem Solving: Analyze issues, implement improvements, and optimize resource utilization (materials, machines).

• Reporting & Collaboration: Coordinate with internal departments and provide clear performance reports to management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical and Industrial Engineering, or other related fields.

• Strong knowledge in Polymerization. 

• Strong knowledge and skills in production management.

• Good understanding of ISO 9001, GMP or others

• Proficient in using ERP/MRP systems for production management.

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage and develop teams effectively.

• Good command of English will be an advantage.
