Description
- 連結決算・開示業務（有価証券報告書・決算短信対応）
- 税務処理検討・専門家との協議（国際税務含む）
- J-SOX対応・監査法人・証券会社対応
- M&A関連業務（株価算定・PPA・PMI支援）
- グループ税務対応の高度化・体制構築
Job Offer
- 年収：600万〜1000万円（賞与年2回）経験によって決定
- 勤務形態：リモートワーク中心（必要に応じて出社）
- フレックスタイム制度／年間休日120日以上
- 福利厚生：社会保険完備、交通費支給、リモートワーク手当
