【職務内容 / Job Description】
財務プロジェクトの推進 (Driving Financial Projects)
会社の戦略目標に沿った財務プロジェクト（業務効率化、コスト削減など）の計画、実行、および完了。
財務システムに関する専門知識を活かした、コスト削減ソリューションの特定と導入。
多様なチームと連携し、コスト削減イニシアチブを推進。
AIなどの新技術の活用による、財務削減チャンスの分析および提案。
財務報告および管理 (Financial Reporting and Management)
月次および年次の予算策定プロセスの管理。
予算を含む財務諸表の作成および分析。
買掛金（AP）、売掛金（AR）、および一般会計業務の統括。
適用される会計基準および規制のコンプライアンス（法令遵守）の確保。
年次監査プロセスの管理。
ステークホルダーとの連携および改善 (Stakeholder Collaboration and Improvement)
社内外のステークホルダーに対し、進捗、課題、計画、および予測を定期的に共有。
効率性と正確性を向上させるための、財務プロセスの改善提案。
戦略を最適化するための、財務パフォーマンスの重要業績評価指標（KPI）のモニタリングおよび分析。
経営陣への財務分析およびサポートの提供。
