• 医療用放射線装置の設置、点検、修理業務を担当
• 顧客に対して保守契約内容の説明および更新提案を実施
• 新規および更新契約に関する提案書作成と顧客対応
• 製品の修理手順や新技術の習得・情報収集を通じて継続的なスキルアップに取り組むこと
• 顧客志向のサービス提供を通じて、機器の信頼性と安全性の確保に貢献すること

As a Field Service Engineer, you will play a vital role in maintaining high-quality medical devices, including mammography and bone density measurement equipment. • Perform installation, inspection, and repair of medical and radiation devices.
• Provide technical explanations and guidance to customers regarding maintenance contracts.
• Manage the renewal and proposal of service contracts to ensure ongoing client satisfaction.
• Continuously learn new technologies and stay updated on product repair procedures.
• Deliver responsive, customer-focused service to ensure the reliability and safety of medical equipment.

必須条件経験・資格：

• 医療機器のフィールドサービスエンジニア経験3年以上
• 中型〜大型の医療機器の保守・修理・サービス業務経験
• 放射線医療機器の取り扱い経験があればベスト

• 柔軟性
• 新しい技術を積極的に学ぶ意欲・学習能力

• 日本語：ネイティブレベル
• 英語：初級程度

• 医療機器修理業責任技術者資格をお持ちの方歓迎

• 3+ years of experience as a Field Service Engineer in the medical device industry.
• Hands-on experience in maintenance, servicing, or repair of mid- to large-sized medical devices.
• Experience working with radiation medical devices is highly preferred.

• Strong problem-solving ability with a customer-centric mindset.
• Positive, adaptable, and eager to learn new technologies.

• Japanese: Native level (required for communication with clients and technical documentation).
• English: Basic level (for reading manuals and internal communication).

• Certified Medical Device Technician qualification preferred.
• Experience in field service or customer support for global healthcare or medical device manufacturers.
• Passion for healthcare innovation and commitment to high-quality service delivery.
