【Mission】
To ensure the successful delivery of project objectives by effectively planning executing
and managing resources risks and stakeholder expectations.

【Accountabilities】
１．Support stakeholders on project user requirements preparation ensuring
that engineering standards regulatory aspects BI policies are well defined according to project scope.
２．Support on Yamagata CapEx Budget control to ensure CapEx expenditure progress.
３．Evaluate and secure necessary resources （internal and external） for each project phase implementation
（Basic Design Detail Design Construction Commissioning and Qualification） and identify risks.
４．Coordinate CapEx Approval process on required forums according to expenditure approval workflow.
５．Ensure the project implementation according to scope budget timeline and quality expected
by related stakeholders according to each project strategy.
６．Keep straight communication with Global CapEx team to ensure that global policies
and best practices are constantly applied in our local projects.

（投資のマネジメントや設備更新、固定資産投資など）
・工場のあるメーカーでの工場改築ご経験者
・建築会社（ゼネコン）での工場改築のプロジェクトマネジメント経験者様についても大歓迎です
（現場を見て、実際の指示ができる方）
・1年以上のプロジェクトマネジメント経験
