Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and operate the iOS app
- Participate in the entire development process—from requirement definition and documentation to coding, testing, and release
- Continuously refactor and improve the codebase
- Conduct code reviews and knowledge sharing using GitHub
- Maintain and improve the CI environment
- Analyze user behavior, identify issues, and propose and implement improvements
- Maintain and optimize app performance

Required Skills
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience developing iOS applications using UIKit or SwiftUI
- Deep knowledge of iOS standard libraries
- Strong understanding of UIKit
- Experience implementing unit tests using testing frameworks
- Experience with team development using Git / GitHub
- Business-level English
- Conversational Japanese (JLPT N3)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience developing and operating native applications for in-house services with a large user base
- Experience leading or mentoring small teams of engineers
