POSITION SUMMARY
A global organization is seeking a Warehouse Systems Manager to lead and optimize its warehouse and logistics technology platforms. This role will oversee the implementation and performance of systems such as WMS, TMS, and Labor Management, ensuring seamless integration and operational efficiency across multiple sites.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Systems Strategy & Oversight:
Lead the planning, implementation, and continuous improvement of warehouse systems including WMS, TMS, and Labor Management platforms. Ensure systems are configured for optimal performance and aligned with operational goals.
Project Implementation & Integration:
Manage end-to-end system projects—from evaluating new platforms to integrating with existing ERP systems. Oversee timelines, budgets, and ensure data accuracy and system security throughout the process.
Team & Vendor Management:
Supervise internal system administrators and act as the primary liaison with external technology vendors. Handle vendor selection, contract negotiations, and ongoing performance reviews to ensure service quality.
Analytics & Reporting:
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights into warehouse performance. Use data to support executive decision-making and identify areas for improvement.
Training & Change Management:
Lead training initiatives to ensure staff can effectively use new systems. Drive adoption through structured change management and user support.
Compliance & Security:
Maintain system security protocols and ensure all platforms meet regulatory and company compliance standards.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Information Systems, or related field (Master’s preferred).
7+ years of experience in warehouse systems and logistics technology.
Strong background in project management and cross-functional leadership.
Familiarity with WMS platforms (e.g., LFS, SAP, Oracle), SQL, and data analytics tools.
Relevant certifications (CSCP, PMP, ITIL, or vendor-specific) are preferred.

SALARY USD120,000-126,000 (DOE)
