JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare high-quality reports in collaboration with the FAS Manager and Japanese CPA.
Conduct Financial & Tax Due Diligence, and perform business and asset valuations.
Apply valuation methods: income (DCF), market (multiples), and cost approach.
Support projects such as PPA, PMI, IFRS advisory, and Internal Control advisory.
Assist in Transfer Pricing documentation under the guidance of the TP Manager.
Communicate with clients to understand their expectations and reflect them in reports.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related fields; ACCA, CPA, CFA is a plus.
At least 1 year of experience in DD, valuation, IFRS or internal audit at a consulting/accounting firm.
Strong knowledge in 1–2 of the following: Due Diligence, Valuation, IFRS, Internal Audit.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work with clients professionally.
High level of motivation, attention to detail, and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
Able to work under pressure, both independently and as part of a team..
