会社情報：
ベトナム拠点のビジネス： 自動車内装材、家庭用繊維系電気暖房（電気ｶｰﾍﾟｯﾄ/電気毛布）、フィルター等の製造販売
主な仕事内容
- 製造管理/品質管理/納期管理/出荷計画に対する生産計画の立案/チェック/材料の仕入れ/物流の調整
- 監査/工場見学の準備/対応/日本からのお客様のアテンドなど
※各部署にベトナム人担当はいますので、チェックしていただく形になります。
直属のスタッフ：ベトナム人スタッフ５名（うち２名日本語可能）
日本語ができないスタッフに関しては日本語でチャットで指示をします。
今後のキャリア：
製造マネジャー/駐在採用の可能性あり
