将来的な上場に向けた財務・管理会計、その他バックオフィス全体の体制構築をリードいただくポジションです。
・財務・管理会計の体制構築
・本社および海外子会社のキャッシュフロー管理
・財務分析に基づく経営指標の改善提案
・内部監査や外部監査に対応するため管理体制の構築と強化
・バックオフィス全体の業務統括（経理、法務、労務）
