本ポジションでは、社内IT環境の安定運用を支えるため、L1.5〜L2レベルのエンドユーザーサポートを中心に、IT資産管理やプロジェクト支援など幅広い業務を担当していただきます。グローバルな環境で、日英バイリンガルのスキルを活かしながら、ITの専門性を高められるポジションです。

職務内容
- PCや周辺機器、ソフトウェアに関するL1.5〜L2レベルのトラブルシューティング
- Windows OS、O365、SharePointなどのサポート
- IT資産（ハードウェア・ソフトウェア）の在庫管理とライフサイクル管理
- ローカルでのITプロジェクトの支援
- SLAやKPIに基づくレポートの作成
