職務内容
- 顧客や関係者からのフィードバックを分析し、製品要件や機能を定義
- 製品の収益・利益率の管理
- 次世代製品のコンセプト設計、ロードマップ策定、戦略立案
- 製品要件書の作成・レビュー、新製品導入のビジネスケース構築
- 臨床・ラボ環境での製品検証、製品変更・廃止の管理
- 規制対応（臨床評価、市販後調査、ユーザビリティ等）の支援
- 医療製品に関するコンサルティング業務

- プロダクトマネジメントの実務経験（3〜5年程度）
- 医療機器またはOEM業界での国際的なプロジェクト経験
- 日本・ドイツ・アメリカのビジネス文化における高い異文化コミュニケーション能力
- 日本の医療機器規制（PMDA、QMS、GCP/GVP等）に関する知識
- 複雑な課題に対する分析力と問題解決力を持ち、チームをリードできる方
