VP - PMO/ Project Manager Up to 15M Exclusive job

A global Financial Firm is seeking a VP – Project Management Professional. 

Responsibilities:
- As a member of the team that manages the promotion of projects, you will coordinate with IT-related departments and other departments across the Group to promote projects (mainly) for the Wealth Management Division
- When promoting projects, you will be required to take into account global standards (security and architecture) and promote the project with the best governance. In addition, as a project manager, you will be responsible for achieving the project's objectives and perform various management tasks to achieve the goals in accordance with the project management methods set out in PMBOK, such as scope, schedule, and methods to maintain quality, management of necessary resources, budget and actual project costs, risk management, and overall communication management
- You will also be required to build trusting and cooperative relationships not only with project team members but also with stakeholders. Due to changes in the surrounding environment, you will be required to manage projects with an understanding of flexible scope change management, organizational model changes due to changes in the operating model, and various software development techniques (waterfall, agile, etc.)
- As a member of the project management team, you will coordinate with the IT-related departments 
- In addition, as the project manager, you will be expected to play a role in achieving the project objectives in accordance with the project management methods specified in PMBOK, such as scope, schedule, methods for maintaining quality, management of necessary resources, forecasting of project costs, risk management, and overall communication management, and to perform various management tasks to achieve the goals
- You will also be expected to play a role in building techniques trust and cooperative relationships not only with project team members but also with stakeholders

- Minimal 10 years experience leading large- and medium-scale system development projects as a project manager
- Understanding of integrated management required for financial institutions (including DR concept)
- Ability to deploy waterfall and agile methodology in project management
