A world leading sporting goods manufacturer is seeking a SAP MM (P2P) Consultant to join their User Support Management Team.
This role involves supporting business users across purchasing, factory production, and warehouse delivery operations through SAP P2P (MM) processes.
Responsibilities:
- Provide daily user support for SAP FMS and assist with the upcoming S/4HANA SCM implementation
- Handle user inquiries and coordinate issue resolution with ATB and related IT teams
- Support SAP processes related to purchasing, production, and logistics (PO → GR → Invoice)
- Communicate with overseas teams in English and Japanese (email and verbal)
- Track and document recurring issues and their resolutions
- Proactively identify and manage potential support issues to minimize business impact
- Escalate unresolved cases to Level 2/ Global support and ensure proper follow-up until closure

- Ability to respond flexibly and manage changing priorities
