Fullfillment Network Program Manager

We’re looking for a collaborative and detail-oriented Program Manager to join our client's Fulfillment Network Planning team. In this role, you’ll help plan and improve operations across their nationwide fulfillment centers, supporting new site launches and driving projects that make our network more efficient and customer-focused. You’ll work closely with both local and global teams, gaining broad exposure to different areas of the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Support business planning and strategy development for the fulfillment network.

• Build and manage medium- to long-term growth and performance plans.

• Coordinate cross-site projects to improve efficiency and consistency.

• Assist in launching new fulfillment centers and optimizing ongoing operations.

• Partner with domestic and international teams to ensure smooth project delivery.

• Work with third-party logistics (3PL) partners and contribute to cost-saving initiatives.

Mandatory Qualifications:

• More than 3 years of experience in Project/Program Management and Process Improvement
• Business level skills in both English and Japanese
• Intermediate skill in Microsoft Excel (such as using IF formula, Pivot table, etc.)

• Experience in stakeholder management in multiple levels
• Experience in communicating results with senior leadership
