- プロジェクトマネージャー（インフラソリューション/デリバリーリード）として、技術専門チームをリード
- ソリューションチームと協力し、合意形成したプランの実行・進捗管理
- 顧客固有の技術課題に対する解決策の検討・提案・実行
- 顧客環境への製品導入（オンサイト作業あり／SIパートナーとの協業も含む）
- 製品管理・保守チームと連携し、継続的な製品改善を支援
